- Google User Data: We access your Google Calendar events (titles, start/end times, and conference links) via the Google Calendar API to automatically manage your schedule and detect conflicts.
- Voice Data: When you use the "LARA Listening" feature, voice inputs are processed to understand commands. We do not store continuous recordings.
- Account Information: We store your email address and profile info to manage your synchronization and personalized settings.
- Task & Planner Data: We store the tasks, reminders, and schedules you create within the app.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Sync your Google Calendar meetings and manage task schedules.
- Detect and alert you about meeting conflicts in real-time.
- Provide voice-driven interaction for adding tasks and checking schedules.
- Offer personalized insights based on your productivity patterns.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share or sell your data to any third parties.
3. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)
LARA AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active to provide the assistant services. Task and event details are securely stored on our encrypted servers.
Data Deletion: Users have full control over their data:
- Disconnecting Accounts: You can disconnect your Google account via Settings, which stops synchronization and removes event data.
- Manual Deletion Request: You may request permanent deletion of your account by contacting support@lara-ai.com. We fulfill requests within 7 business days.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is securely synchronized and stored on encrypted cloud servers. We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your data in transit and at rest.
